Paolo grew up playing soccer in Italy through all of the youth divisions and turned pro at the age of 20 in Italy. During his time there he played in the Serie C, Promotion, and First Category divisions. From there he moved to the US and Southern California where he coached at the collegiate and semipro levels, in addition to coaching with several prestigious youth clubs. While in Southern California, Paolo coached with the So Cal ODP and the Region IV ODP programs and also started working with US Soccer and coaching education courses before moving to Montana where he continues to help out with coaching education. Paolo has his US Soccer A license, as well as the US Youth Soccer National Youth license, is 1 of only 2 coaches in the state of Montana to have his US Soccer Grassroossts Instructor License (coach Joel is the other) and he speaks Italian, English, and Spanish.
