ELITE COMPETITIVE

What is the Elite Competitive Program

The Elite Competitive Program is for girls and boys born between 2012 and 2006.

Elite Competitive players must demonstrate a high level of commitment to training at all times in order to maintain physical and mental readiness for competitions, as GESC desires all of its players and teams to improve from season to season. All players on Elite Competitive teams receive meaningful playing time, but the amount of playing time and positions are at the discretion of the GESC technical staff and subject to league and specific competition rules based on player ability and commitment.

The Elite Competitive program is designed to take players and prepare them for the next level while still being a fun and positive environment that encourages growth.

It does this through some of the highest level coaching in the nation and year-round programming.

How Do I join an Elite Competitive Team?

All interested players must register and thereafter attend a few sessions before being placed with an Elite Competitive Group. Coaches will communicate with players that are being evaluated and their parents on team placement as necessary.

GESC limits how many teams we have and how many players we take in each age group to ensure consistent and high-quality teams and coaching. As long as the group is not full, however, players can join at any time during the year as there will be training sessions going on during most times of the year. If we cannot place your player on a team for any reason, the registration will be refunded to you.

If interested in joining and want to know more, email info@gallatinelite.com with any inquiries.

When is the Elite Competitive Season?

The main seasons for games are in the fall and spring, between mid-August to late-October, and mid-March to late-June. However, Elite Competitive teams will still run sessions during the winter and summer months because we feel it is important to keep touches on the ball up all year long in order to keep kids sharp, work on specific technical points, and to keep team dynamics strong. If a player goes on vacation during these months or has an ID camp or some other activity that they are attending or participating in and they miss training that is ok as long as it is communicated to the coaching staff.

See our Winter Soccer page for more info regarding play over the winter months.

Please see to the right for more details or below for pricing information.

What does it cost?

Prices may vary depending on when your player joins and what age group they are in. We work very hard to minimize costs and keep soccer affordable and believe that everyone that wants to play should be able to play regardless of their financial situation. We have annual options available (including fall, winter, and spring programs), as well as a la carte options for each season. Payment plans throughout the year are available as are Scholarships and Financial Aid. See here for more information on Financial Aid.

What does it include?

Program fees vary and if signing up for the payment plan option, will be collected three times per year - once in the fall, once during the winter, and once during pre spring and fees include league entry and game fees, friendly and intrasquad game costs, 2 tournaments in the fall, one tournament in the spring, the State Tournament in June (including ref fees and travel costs for coaches at these events), and all training session costs, coaching costs, etc. Spring fees include a $100 half-day access to the Gallatin Elite Summer Camp - a $275 value - staffed with top professional players and coaches from around the country. Please be sure to still sign your player up for the camp (a coupon code will be provided as the camp gets closer upon request) so that your player will get their camp shirt, info, and gear. Details on the camp provided on the Gallatin Elite Summer Camp page. You can also upgrade to a full day camp for an extra $25 ($125 total for a $325 value).

Other expected costs?

Other costs to be expected during the course of the year are any agreed upon optional outside tournaments (cost depends on the event) and uniforms.

Keep in mind that as the kids get older it becomes more expensive as the number of competitive games and league games increases, as does the required number of players, coaches and time spent from coaches, and refs.
